Follow the schools thematic approach which allows the pupils to explore many aspects of the National curriculum. They are encouraged to follow healthy and safety aspects of food technology. They also have opportunity to explore a range of dishes. This includes making Welsh cakes. Pancakes, cakes, Welsh Crumpets etc. they also have the opportunity to make a number of savory dishes such as Egyptian flat bread and Kofta (Egyptian meatballs)
