Ysgol Bryn Castell are pleased to have completed Stage 2 of the Careers Wales Quality Award pilot.  

The Careers Wales Quality Award (CWQA) supports the development of purposeful and relevant Careers and Work-Related Experiences (CWRE) across the curriculum, with learners aged 3 to 16.  

The CWQA has 3 stages, each with a different focus. Stage 2 asked us to realise CWRE in the curriculum through professional learning, stakeholder engagement and effective teaching and learning.  

The last stage, Stage 3, will look at the impact of CWRE for our learners.
